Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the community's interior and exterior spaces meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose resident service requests, complete make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and inspect work for quality across buildings and grounds.

You will also manage supplies, assist with budgeting for repairs and capital projects, and uphold safety programs and OSHA requirements to deliver reliable, resident-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge and safe use of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to problems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for team support.
• Proficiency with basic math for financial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees and completes make-ready process for vacant units and new move-ins.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and buildings.
• Inspects work by others and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates supplies within budget.
• Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined.
• Supports budgeting for repairs and capital projects and safety programs.
