Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a maintenance technician to perform routine and complex repairs to community buildings, grounds, and interiors. You will diagnose issues, complete service requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness align with Greystar standards.

You will oversee make-ready tasks for vacants, coordinate with vendors, and help manage supplies while supporting cost-control goals. Strong customer service and reliable teamwork are essential in our on-site communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and responsible for safety and proper use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units and common areas following safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant homes including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials and assist in budgeting and cost control.
