Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community, including staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances. You will implement budgeting plans, monitor rent collections, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, develop marketing and retention programs, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• On-site software knowledge and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or four years housing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community and staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and safety standards.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor rent collections and deposits.
• Lead customer service, resident relations, and retention programs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs.
