Job summary

Asset Living in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an on-site housing community under the Regional Manager." You will supervise all operations, including leasing, maintenance, and staff, ensuring compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead budgeting, marketing, and resident relations, with a focus on exceptional service and profitable operations. CAM/ARM certification is preferred and on-site software skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Asset’s policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Respond to resident complaints, concerns, and requests to maintain resident satisfaction.
