Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

As on-site leader, you will supervise property staff, implement budgets, monitor leasing performance, and respond to resident concerns. A High School Diploma is required; CAM/ARM is preferred, along with basic software and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of experience in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and property staff to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor rent collections and vendor invoices.
• Lead leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management; supervise staff and coordinate training.
• Handle resident concerns, ensure resident satisfaction, and implement retention programs.
• Head emergency team for the property and ensure timely response to emergencies.
