Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management partner, seeks a Community Manager to supervise a housing community on-site. You will oversee staff, leasing, maintenance, and compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines while driving NOI through cost control and revenue strategies.

You’ll develop annual operating budgets, monitor rent collections, and ensure timely reporting. Strong leadership, on-site software proficiency, and CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or related housing exp.
• CAM or ARM preferred; knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to use on-site software and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations, leasing, and staff.
• Develop yearly budgets and monitor expenses and revenues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies.
• Lead emergencies, coordinate maintenance, and drive resident satisfaction.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies to maximize NOI.
