Job summary

Asset Living in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
