Job summary

Asset Living is a nationwide property management leader seeking a on-site Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with CAM/ARM certification welcome. On-site software proficiency and strong customer service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience; or 1–2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rents, and charges.
• Manage leasing activities: show units, process leases, and resident move-ins.
