Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing and maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.

You will develop yearly operating budgets, monitor financial reports, and lead resident relations, leasing activities, and marketing plans while maintaining excellent customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate on-site property management software.
• Reliable transportation for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations including staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
• Lead leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate maintenance.
