Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise staff, develop yearly budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention programs, while maintaining outstanding customer service and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years housing industry experience; or equivalent combination.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing.
• Head emergency team and respond to property emergencies.
• Plan marketing, leasing strategies, and resident retention programs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and supervise staff performance.
• Monitor budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience

CAM or ARM certification preferred
