Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee an on-site housing community. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management under the Regional Manager. This role requires strong leadership and adherence to safety and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will drive leasing performance, manage financial reports, and implement resident retention programs while ensuring exceptional customer service and operations compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing-industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and staff development.
• Lead on-site operations, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reporting.
• Develop and execute yearly marketing and leasing plans.
