Job summary

First Onsite - US is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, manage priorities, and coordinate delivery teams to keep projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and adaptability to changing project needs.

You will act as a liaison between field teams and leadership, ensuring compliance with First Onsite policies and applicable laws while delivering high-quality work and timely project progression.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change orders
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
