Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, organize resources, and keep work moving safely and efficiently. You will coordinate delivery teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule.

On-site leadership, quality monitoring, and strict safety adherence are core. You will communicate with field teams and project leadership, maintain daily logs, and drive reports, change orders, and completion

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractor schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
