Job summary

First Onsite - US in Denver, CO is hiring a Project Supervisor to oversee and direct daily on-site activities, manage resources, and ensure work progresses safely and efficiently within scope, budget, and schedule.

You will coordinate delivery teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain documentation while upholding First Onsite policies and regulatory standards. This hands-on leadership role requires strong organization and clear communication to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedule including crew and subcontractor timelines.
• Fill in as needed with additional responsibilities, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Perform daily site safety meetings and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain daily reports, sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance and readiness.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
