Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor in Manassas, VA to guide on-site teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, and budget. You will coordinate delivery teams, monitor progress, and keep safety as a top priority while maintaining open communication with project leadership.

You will also manage daily reports, safety meetings, and change orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations across diverse projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes to assess budget implications and scope.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications and stay current with standards.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change orders
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
