Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline. You will communicate with field staff, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety standards while delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with First Onsite policies and safety programs.

• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Budget management and cost-control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
