Retail Information Systems, Inc is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize and drive customer projects from start to finish. You will serve as the central沟通 hub between customers and RIS teams including sales, accounting, technical support, customer support, and development.

The successful candidate will coordinate hardware, software, and services, track milestones, and escalate issues to keep projects moving toward completion and customer sign-off.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate hardware, software, custom programming, training, testing, and implementation activities as required by each project.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, dependencies, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
• Follow up with customers and internal team members to ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Identify project delays, risks, or unresolved issues and elevate them when appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvements to RIS project and implementation processes.
• Help ensure projects are completed successfully and obtain customer approval or sign-off at completion.
