Job summary

Shaw Integrated Solutions (SIS) Account Coordinator- Retail is a key operational partner to Account Managers, handling project coordination, account administration, and invoicing for large retail accounts. You will work across proposal development, order management, and customer support to ensure on-time, accurate project execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in account coordination, project coordination, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flooring projects from proposal through invoicing and closeout.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts in Winbid and other systems.
• Verify project scopes, pricing, and documentation; assist with proposals and pricing requests.
• Process payables and generate customer invoices; support receivables and billing activities.
• Develop relationships with Account Managers, customers, and internal partners to ensure project success.
