Job summary

Connection is seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to manage incidents, cases, and orders across the Sales and Services teams. You will be the first point of contact for customers and internal staff, ensuring timely processing and adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced IT distribution center.

This onsite role requires excellent communication, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver reliable service and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident/case queues and address requests per SLAs.
• Process orders and customer inquiries with quality control.
• Coordinate between Sales, Services, and other teams to fulfill orders.
• Maintain SOPs, job aids, and internal documentation.
• Schedule and participate in internal/external customer meetings.
• Provide first‑line liaison between clients and internal teams.
