The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to manage small to mid-sized IT infrastructure projects, focusing on hardware additions and replacements within existing systems. You will serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with Tier 3 engineers, Purchasing, and Account Management.

This role emphasizes clear communication, proactive risk management, and maintaining about 30 active tickets while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination, IT coordination, or client-facing operational experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in client-friendly terms.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, or technical support teams.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients from project initiation through completion.
• Coordinate project details, scope, and timelines with internal teams including Tier 3 engineers, purchasing, and account management.
• Manage procurement processes for ISP services and IT hardware components.
• Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Schedule engineer work, installations, and customer meetings as needed.
• Identify and communicate potential risks, delays, or escalations to management.
• Maintain a balanced workload of ~30 open tickets while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
