Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and lead the long-term evolution of the client partnership. You will oversee recruitment activities, drive KPI performance, and position teams for ongoing success.

Responsibilities include fostering relationships with HR and Operations, presenting performance reviews, and pricing services while maintaining high client satisfaction and a strong NPS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and managing client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key client contacts to grow business.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities; meet KPIs.
• Price and sell services; manage renewals and expansions.
• Ensure SLAs and client requirements are met.
