Job summary

The Adecco Group is looking for an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions. You will guide the strategic evolution of the client program and oversee daily recruitment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.

You will build relationships with client HR and operations, price and sell services, and drive retention and growth across accounts. A strong leadership presence and deep knowledge of recruiting practices are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop client relationships.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts through professional associations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Manage recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive process improvements.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and expectations.
• Act as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, HR.
• Ensure contractual requirements and credit references are aligned with SLAs.
