Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to align with the client’s business objectives. You will lead daily recruitment activities and drive KPI performance to ensure a collaborative, high-performance partnership.

You will grow and retain accounts, build strong client relationships, and position our teams for continued success through data-driven reviews and value-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider setting.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (e.g., HR, Operations).
• Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction – via surveys and reviews.
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
