Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs and to align with the client’s business objectives. You will drive recruitment operations, measure performance against KPIs, and lead teams to sustain success.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, building client relationships, presenting quarterly reviews, and pricing services while ensuring SLA adherence. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred in service provider industry.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and quarterly business reviews.
• Establish a network of industry contacts through professional associations.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and permanent placements).
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while optimizing fill rate and time-to-fill.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR.
