Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Client Manager to oversee account management, supervise recruitment teams, and ensure staffing needs are met for client accounts. The role focuses on coordinating requisitions, screening consultants, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The position emphasizes on-site collaboration with the Delivery team, compliance, and delivering value through proactive recruitment strategies and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience with high volume recruiting and account management.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified colleagues for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement.
• Maintain consultant requisition process by qualifying openings with the client.
• Coordinate fulfillment of open requisitions with the Delivery team.
• Screen consultants to ensure qualifications meet positions (interviews, references, etc.).
• Maintain and manage consultants workforce according to client requirements and provide feedback.
• Follow Injury Reporting Protocol with internal contacts and medical facilities.
• Interface between client managers, local office, and consultants; attend meetings.
• Identify networking activities such as career fairs and cold calls to promote Actalent.
• Prepare client-specific reports and review with the client.
• Maintain documentation in Actalent system and hiring metrics.
• Audit consultant PPE compliance.
• Maintain professional work environment aligned with client culture.
• Utilize resources for conflict resolution.
