Job summary

Peoplelink Group seeks an experienced Inside Program Manager to oversee an on-site staffing program for a client in Texas. You will lead day-to-day operations, build strong client partnerships, and drive performance within a collaborative, high-achieving team.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team environment and is motivated by making an impact will fit well. The role requires recruiting or HR experience, an associate degree or high school diploma (or equivalent), and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or HR staffing services.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Be the main client contact and develop staffing solutions.
• Analyze hiring needs and deploy client-specific recruiting plans.
• Assist HR reps and temporary employees with staffing needs through regular meetings.
• Document candidate communications in the operational software system.
• Create reports tracking weekly metrics, open orders, fill time, turnover, headcount, KPI’s.
• May supervise and coach on-site team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
