The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who acts as the employment liaison for candidates/associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client delivery satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and aligning performance with KPI targets.

You will administer job postings, manage interviews, and coach candidates while ensuring compliance with all policies.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Aufgaben

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and plan workforce needs.
• Engage with candidates in person or online, providing clear information and guidance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs and document activity.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and assess fit.
• Assess qualification match and cultural fit for client requirements.
• Perform candidate searches using Adecco tools and online resources.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client and organization rules.
• Develop candidate executive summaries and maintain candidate records.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client requests.
• Create and execute strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation and bill rates.
