Qualifications

• Industry: 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, and Workforce Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate under general direction to support service delivery and site performance.
• Conduct new-hire check-ins, track performance, and support improvement plans.
• Maintain regular client and team collaboration, provide updates, and ensure training completion.
• Finalize administrative tasks, ensure safety compliance, and support audits.
