Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs. You will lead daily recruitment activities, drive KPI performance, and foster a strategic partnership with the client to meet staffing objectives.

You will build networks, present reviews, and ensure service excellence while growing and retaining key accounts. This role demands strong leadership, compliance with laws, and effective collaboration with HR and Operations.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and NPS.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp, and perm placements.
• Manage recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and aligned with policies.
