Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the United States. You will align with client objectives, lead recruitment activities, and drive KPI performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction.

You will manage a recruitment team, build strong relationships with HR/Operations, and work to grow and retain accounts while representing Adecco as a trusted partner in workforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication in groups and one-on-one.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Ability to successfully manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Adept at establishing and managing KPIs and SLAs.
• In-depth knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and develop client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm placement).
• Understand client needs and align with business objectives.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLAs and KPIs.
