Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and drive ongoing program evolution.

You will build strong client relationships, drive high client satisfaction, and lead a recruitment team to meet KPIs and SLAs while positioning teams for continued success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in roles relevant to the service provider industry.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record in elevating customer service levels and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations.
• Price and sell services including conversions and temporary/perm placements.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while improving processes and client satisfaction.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and manage client program expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR.
