Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts with key client contacts.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temp and permanent placement.
• Lead recruitment and fulfillment activities, monitor KPIs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Build strong client networks and act as Brand Ambassador.
