Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to lead and cultivate a key client program. You will act as the primary client contact, align activities with the client's objectives, and drive daily recruitment and fulfillment against KPIs.

You will build relationships with HR and operations, manage a recruitment team, and present monthly business reviews. A high school diploma and 5+ years of management experience in professional services are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service provider environment.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBR/QPR).
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate and time-to-fill with strong NPS results.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary and perm placements.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, and program expectations.
