Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs. You will guide daily recruitment activities, drive KPI/ SLA performance, and foster a collaborative, client-focused partnership.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction, enhanced scope of responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues/management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building effective client relationships with HR and Operations.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Price and sell services, including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead a recruitment team to meet KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business performance reviews for leadership.
• Understand client business needs, culture, and staffing expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and support thought leadership and client partnerships.
