Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for Adecco programs in the New York area. You will align with client objectives, drive strategic direction, and manage daily recruitment activities while ensuring KPI targets and SLAs are met.

You will lead client relationships, price and sell staffing solutions, and partner with HR/Operations to grow accounts, improve satisfaction, and position programs for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication across one-to-one and group settings.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.
• Experience managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and drive business growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key client contacts (HR, Operations).
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance reviews to Directors/VPs.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, perm placement).
• Plan growth and retention strategies for existing and new clients.
• Create reporting, interpret data, and identify trends.
• Coordinate with clients to meet SLA targets and contractual requirements.
