Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our Adecco programs in New York. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, drive KPI performance, and develop collaborative partnerships with client teams to align with business objectives.

You will lead a recruitment team, manage client relationships, price and sell services, and ensure service levels and SLA targets are met while promoting Adecco’s brand as a workforce solutions partner.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding business relationships.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Prepare and present quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell staffing services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placements).
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met and maintain high NPS scores.
• Lead and develop recruitment teams, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of Adecco's service portfolio and client industry trends.
