Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the New York area. You will align with client objectives, drive long-term strategy, and manage daily recruitment activities to achieve KPIs and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, maintaining relationships with HR/Operations, and leading recruitment teams to optimize fill rates, time-to-fill, and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a service provider environment preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and multi-stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions and concerns.
• Grow and retain accounts through relationship management and KPI-driven performance reviews.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, and permanent placements).
• Lead recruitment teams to meet time-to-fill targets and client expectations.
