Job summary

The Adecco Group, a global leader in workforce solutions, seeks an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs on site in New York. You will lead staffing teams, manage KPIs, and build strong client relationships to support growth and retention.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, and procurement to ensure service excellence, price services, and align with client objectives. The role reports to the vertical Director or VP and offers broader responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of increased customer service levels and strong relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
  • Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with HR and Operations teams.
  • Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
  • Price and sell services including conversions, temporary, and permanent placements.
  • Lead recruitment teams, drive KPI/SLA performance, and optimize processes.
