Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to drive client programs for mid to large-size accounts across locations or shifts. You will lead recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and develop top talent to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, account retention, and satisfying client expectations while aligning with Adecco’s values and client objectives.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Maintain high client satisfaction levels via surveys and reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews for leaders.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
