Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Manager II to lead client programs at mid-to-large accounts, aligning with client objectives and driving performance. You will oversee daily recruitment, governance of KPIs, and team development to deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

In this role, you’ll manage relationships with HR and operations contacts, supervise recruitment teams, and ensure programs meet SLAs while expanding account scope and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with key client contacts.
• Manage recruitment/fulfillment activities and provide KPI-based reporting.
• Price and sell services, understand client needs, and drive client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop onsite team to deliver top-tier customer service to candidates and clients.
