Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to oversee programs at mid to large clients, aligning with business objectives and delivering top-tier recruitment and service. You will lead onsite teams, drive client satisfaction, and manage performance against KPIs across multiple locations and shifts.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, presenting reviews, pricing services, and ensuring governance of SLAs, with a focus on talent development and thought leadership within the client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop relationships with key client contacts.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews to stakeholders.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary and perm placement).
• Manage recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Meet and monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive client satisfaction and retention.
