Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager II to oversee client programs, lead recruitment activities, and drive performance across multiple locations and shifts. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage top talent, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and partner with clients to define hiring needs while maintaining service quality and adherence to process standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts by building relationships with client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction via surveys and business reviews.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews for leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placement.
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, roles, and competition.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; innovate processes and policies.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers.
• Ensure client requirements and SLA targets are completed.
