Job summary

RTX's Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) Test Engineering team in Andover, MA is seeking a test engineer on the 2nd shift to support RF, IF, Microwave, analog and digital hardware testing for missile programs. You will collaborate with Operations, Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering to interpret requirements, develop test procedures, analyze data for root cause, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with security and clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Math).
• 1+ year of testing experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot RF, IF, Microwave, analog and digital hardware for missile programs.
• Collaborate with Operations and other engineering teams to meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain test procedures and document practices.
