Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of hardware test experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Proficiency with RF, analog and digital test and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support test and troubleshooting of RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware for missile programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Design, Test Development and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Interpret test requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, and document practices.
• Analyze data to drive issues to root cause and generate Change Requests.
• Develop and execute improvement projects to increase first pass yield.
• Ensure hardware requirements are met and procedures followed.
• Assist operators in testing production hardware and support multiple test platforms.
• Travel as required.
