Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Test Engineer for the Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) team in Andover, MA. You will test RF/IF/microwave hardware, interpret test requirements, and collaborate with multiple engineering groups to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of hardware testing experience, with eligibility for U.S. security clearance. Onsite work, relocation not offered, and opportunities to lead process improvements are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of hardware testing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support RF, IF, Microwave, Analog and Digital hardware testing for missile programs.
• Collaborate with Operations and other engineering disciplines.
• Interpret test requirements, develop and maintain test procedures, document practices.
• Analyze data to drive root cause
• Generate Change Requests on production test issues
• Develop/improve projects to increase first pass yield
• Ensure hardware requirements are met and processes followed
• Assist manufacturing operators in testing production hardware
• Support production test on multiple functional platforms
• Travel as required
