Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide onsite service, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance for digital office equipment across an assigned territory. You will represent Impact professionally at client locations and participate in ongoing training to support career growth.

You will diagnose issues on multifunction printers from Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP, manage service calls and travel routes to meet response times, maintain parts inventory
