Premium Digital Office Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices. You will set up new machines, travel to client locations for installations, and troubleshoot/repair equipment to ensure minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, ability to work independently, and reliable transportation to various NYC-area sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of maintenance and parts for common office printers (Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, Lexmark).
• Working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, macOS) and basic network concepts.
• Able to drive a small box truck.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices.
• Set up new machines in warehouse prior to customer delivery.
• Travel to customer locations to install equipment.
• Travel to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair printer/copier equipment.
