Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Specialist (Field Service Technician) to service and repair printing equipment at customer sites across the territory. You will perform diagnostics, installations, and maintenance, while tracking inventory and scheduling with customers.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in service/repair of office equipment and a high school diploma; A+ or Network+ is a plus. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• A+ or N+ certification preferred; exposure to IT networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products including diagnostics and break/fix.
• Use tools and gauges to diagnose production machinery issues.
• Drive to customer sites within territory and manage scheduling.
• Develop professional customer relationships and maintain satisfaction.
• Log service visits and document updates in Konica Minolta systems.
• Collaborate with Account Management to resolve customer issues.
