Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent
• Basic computer and electronics knowledge
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform diagnostics and basic troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair on printers and related devices at customer sites.
• Set up and verify basic network connectivity and IP configurations.
• Provide customer training on printing, scanning and basic remote features.
• Maintain territory, inventory and relationships, escalate issues when needed.
