Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver onsite service, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance for digital office equipment across an assigned territory. You will support multifunction printers from Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, and HP, diagnose issues, and maintain high levels of customer service while traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education preferred.
• Experience servicing digital office equipment, printers, copiers, or related tech preferred.
• Experience with Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, and/or HP equipment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite service, repair, and maintenance for digital office equipment at client locations.
• Install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on printers and imaging devices.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, print-quality, and basic connectivity issues.
• Manage assigned service calls and travel routes to meet response-time and productivity goals.
• Follow Impact service procedures, documentation requirements, and equipment maintenance standards.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory, tools, and company equipment.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service activity and next steps.
• Collaborate with service team, technical support, management, sales, and operations to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a professional presence and represent Impact at client locations.
• Participate in manufacturer and company-provided training and development.
